Hey, I'm Kelly!
I'm the founder of Yoga For You, and the host of the Mindful in Minutes podcast. I'm an E-RYT 500, YACEP, and a location independent yoga and meditation teacher. I believe that there isn't a one-size-fits-all approach to yoga and meditation, and your practice should be as unique as you are.
I began practice yoga when I was middle school as a form of cross training for my sports, but it wasn't until I was 16 and my world was rocked by my mom's breast cancer diagnoses, and being trust into the role of primary caregiver at such a young age that I realized that yoga and meditation had the ability to heal, save, and get you trough your darkest days.
The week after I graduated college I enrolled in my first yoga teacher training, and haven't looked back since. Over the past 7 years I've dedicated myself to the practice and my students, taught over 5,000 hours, led trainings and retreats all over the world, and began sharing my personal guided meditations on my podcast, Mindful in Minutes.
I love to lift people up through their tough times, and help them find their true north by focusing on the less physical yoga practices like meditation, yoga nidra, restorative yoga and mindful flows. I believe there isn't a one-size-fits-all approach and the secret to success is finding what works for you.
I created Yoga For You, a location independent yoga and meditation school to serve students and teachers all over the globe that are ready to take the step and find the joyful life they deserve. I spend my days traveling globally offering trainings in restorative yoga, meditation, yoga nidra and recording meditations from my closet.
